Leads: Call Search
If you are an Administrator, use Call Search to search all calls made in Outbound, check their lead status and result, and listen to call recordings.
To access Call Search, expand the Leads drop-down menu and select Call Search.
To search for a call made to a specific Lead, enter the Lead phone number in the Search bar.
Use the top menu to filter calls based on Campaigns, Users, Status and Results, and Date range.
Campaigns
Expand the Campaigns drop-down menu to filter the Call Search by any of the Projects or Campaigns in your Organisation. Use the Search bar or filter the Projects and Campaigns by Active or Inactive status.
Users
Expand the Users drop-down menu to filter the Call Search by calls placed by certain Teams or Users.
Status/Results
Expand the Status/Results drop-down menu to filter the Call Search by Call Status or Call Results.
Click on Closed Leads (Result) or Open Leads (Status) to expand the view of possible options, or use the Search bar to search for a specific outcome.
Date Range
Expand the Date Range drop-down menu to filter the Call search by a number of default date ranges, or click the calendar icon to manually enter a custom date range.
When you have entered your Call Search filters, Click Search to view the results.
Call Search results will look like the image below:
Calls are categorised as Outgoing, Incoming, or DialBack.
To export the Call Search result data as a CSV file, expand the Options drop-down menu and select Export.
If the call has been recorded, click the play icon to play the recording, or the download icon to download the call as an mp3 file.
