Administration: Lead Admin Access Log
If you are an Administrator, use Lead Admin Access Log to view all visits and changes to Lead Admin in Outbound.
To access the Lead Admin Access Log, expand theAdministration menu and select Lead Admin Access Log.
In the navigation page, you will see a list of allaccess attempts to Lead Admin in Outbound by Enreach, along with Time, User name, Access Type, and the Lead View Name.
The default is list view. To view the Lead Admin Access Log as a calendar, click the calendar icon to the right of the navigation page.
In Calendar View you will see a daily breakdown of access attempts.
Change the time period by clicking thearrows next to the date.
In the top menu are a list of different filters.
Expand the Access Type drop-down menu to filter by View and Batch Operation.
View filters by saved Views, and Batch Operation filters by changes that were saved, but not saved as a View.
If you are in List view, expand thedate drop-down menu to filter by a list of default time periods.
ChooseCustom date range and click the calendar icon to manually select the time period in the date picker.
To update your search with the filters, click Search.
Use theSearch bar to search for access attempt by a specific field, for example a User name, or Lead View Name.
