Each year, Outbound and Flows by Enreach are reviewed by external, independent IT auditors based on the ISAE 3402 and ISAE 3000 audit standards.

What do the audits cover?

ISAE 3000 covers the protection of personal data

The audit assesses whether we as a company in our role as data processor and data controller complies with the GDPR.

ISAE 3402 concerns operational delivery

Based on processes and physical conditions, and is requested when a data processor or data controller has outsourced significant activity (such as database hosting), and need to verify that there are processes in place to support important or critical operational situations.
