Syncing with Microsoft

If you're syncing your Outbound calendar with your Microsoft calendar and using your mobile phone, then read on!


When editing a meeting time, for some users the incorrect time will be displayed in their Outlook mobile calendar.

This is due to a mismatch of time zone settings in the desktop calendar and the mobile device, and how the Outlook app handles calendar events.

It is a known issue with Microsoft Outlook mobile calendars, but there are two options to fix this problem:

  1. In the date & time settings on your phone, remove the option to set the time zone automatically. See how to do that in iOS and Android devices below
  2. On Android devices, the time zone can be manually edited in the Outlook mobile app when the meeting has been created.
