Administration: Pauses
If you are an Administrator, you can configure different Pauses for Users in Outbound by Enreach. Pauses will then be recorded in Insights Time Usage.
To access Pauses, expand the Administration menu and select Pauses.
In the Navigation Page, you will see a list of all Active Pauses for your Organisation.
To view any Inactive Pauses, expand the Active drop-down menu and select Inactive.
Click the cog icon to Edit, Activate, Deactivate, or Delete a Pause.
Alternatively, Deactivate or Delete Pauses by checking the appropriate boxes and selecting the action you wish to perform.
Use the Search bar to search for Pauses, or click +New to create a new Pause.
When creating a new Pause, a pop-up window will open.
Enter the Pause name, toggle between Active and Inactive to set the Pause status, and click Save.
When you want to pause a session in Outbound by Enreach, expand the Profile drop-down menu and click Pause session.
Select a Pause reason from the menu, and click Set on Pause.
Outbound by Enreach will then be dimmed.
Click Wake up to end the Pause and return to your session.
